National Priorities Project - Cost of War: The Iraq cost counter but to this you must add in the additional $700 Billion approx. to date that it will cost us over the next 40 years to care for the already terribly wounded Troops from Iraq..the figure was some time back according to the GAO $680 billion so I am now saying $700 if you add this to the cost so far which is really an under estimated on this clicker and Bush now wants another $50 Billion this year then we have already flushed down the drain over $1.2 Trillion dollars that's Trillion dollars on Bush's insanity and incompetence and lies over $1.2 Trillion..!
